This immersive three-month training is a personal journey into the heart of Shamanic practice, guided by me, Eirini Kapsidou – Sunbird. Rooted in the teachings I received from my Siberian Shaman teacher and enriched by my 27 years of experience, this programme weaves together traditional wisdom with the knowledge I have cultivated over the decades. For the past seven years in Brussels, I have been actively holding Shamanic ceremonies, workshops, and events, as well as guiding individuals on their personal spiritual paths.
This 1:1 training offers a rare opportunity to work closely with me, receiving personal guidance and direct transmission of Shamanic teachings. It is designed to give you both a solid foundation in Shamanic practice and the tools to begin exploring your own connection with Spirit. Together, we will cultivate practical skills, deepen your relationship with the unseen worlds, and open pathways to personal transformation.

- The Shamanic Path is a profound and lifelong journey, one that unfolds through practice, experience, and the gradual cultivation of wisdom and maturity. This 3-month training does not make one a Shaman; rather, it offers a strong introduction to the path and the foundational tools to begin practising Shamanism in your own life. With continued dedication and experience, the teachings can deepen over time. For those who feel called, there is also the opportunity to extend the training for an additional three months (upon consideration).
- I do not work with healing plants or substances. I was taught to enter trance through the drum, and this is the way I guide others.
- There is no single right or wrong way of practising or teaching Shamanism. This training reflects the path I was taught and the way I have developed it over many years of experience.
👉🏼 The training can be completed through a combination of online and in-person sessions. However, meeting in person is essential for you to experience the profound energetic aspect of Shamanic work. We can arrange to meet in person, in Brussels, once a month, or plan to do all the practical work in a 3-day meeting, if you live far.
***This in-person training cannot take place only online. If it is impossible for you to hold meetings in Brussels, you can opt for my 3-month online mentorship instead.
📅 We will be meeting once a week for 2 hours (exact schedule to be discussed). You will also be assigned exercises, on which you can train the rest of the week. I will be available to answer your questions via email as well.
