Tea & Meditation Evenings in Brussels

Tea • Meditation • Conversation • A place to come back to yourself

2 hours | Brussels | Small group

What if you gave yourself
two hours with nowhere else to be?

A small evening to slow down, breathe, reflect and reconnect.

The Experience

ARRIVE

Leave the outside world behind for a while. Settle in, have a cup of tea and give yourself a moment to arrive.

SLOW DOWN

Through meditation and simple practices, create some space to breathe, become present and listen to yourself.

EXPLORE

Each evening has a theme to explore through reflection, conversation and experience — something you can take with you beyond the evening.

CONNECT

Share tea, thoughts and conversation with a small group of like-minded people. No pressure, no need to have anything figured out.

What the evening looks like

You’re warmly invited to an evening of tea,
thoughtful conversation and peaceful meditation
in a cosy, welcoming space in Brussels.

We’ll begin around a warm cup of herbal or green tea,
with biscuits and other snacks, giving everyone time
to settle in and connect.

We’ll then explore a thought-provoking passage
or quote from a spiritual author, opening a conversation
around themes such as consciousness, spirituality,
peace of mind and mindful relationships.

There’s no long lecture to sit through and no right answer to find.
It’s a space to reflect, exchange ideas,
listen to different perspectives and perhaps
discover something that speaks to you.

Towards the end of the gathering, I’ll guide you
through a short meditation, beginning with gentle guidance
and gradually moving into around 20 minutes of silence
— a chance to let everything we’ve explored settle
and simply be present.

WHY JOIN?

A chance to:

Slow down and enjoy a reflective space in good company
Explore ideas that can open new perspectives
Meditate together and create some inner space
Connect with like-hearted people and share meaningful conversation
