Life is slowly getting back to normal but with a lot of changes and limitations. The quarantine period has left us all with troubled emotions, sometimes quite intense anger or grief that may seem difficult to handle. Some of us easily express their feelings, while others repress and hold them inside. In the first case, it is important to know how to externalize heavy emotions without becoming aggressive, without placing your burden on others. In the second case, it is essential to bring those hidden emotions to the surface and become aware of them, accept them, reconcile with them and move on with your life feeling free, centred and more creative.
This online workshop focuses on looking closely into what was felt during the confinement period or what still continues to be felt. The programme involves techniques and meditations that will help you get more in touch with your emotions, express them in a “safe” way, without hurting others, and finally learn to accept them, even cooperate with them.
18.30-19.00: Discussion on emotions during confinement
|19.00-20.00: Energetic exercises to release anger, stress, fear, grief, anxiety or other negative emotions (shaking, breathing techniques, astral karate kata)|
20.00-20.45: Meditation to reconcile with your emotions
