Our programme, combining three different disciplines and sources of ancient wisdom adapted for today’s world, is waiting for you to explore and experience it. It is the first time that the fusion of Shamanism, Yoga and Shiatsu is offered in a retreat. These 5 days in the majestic nature of Southern Crete will leave you completely rejuvenated, recharged, full of happy memories and moments of profound realizations about yourself and your life.

In order to book your place at the retreat, you will need to prepay a deposit of 250 euros or the full amount (870 euros) by August 15th, 2023. We ask you to pay the rest of the money at the latest one week before the retreat. You will receive the bank account information as soon as you send us an email at info@justinspiring.org showing your interest to participate in our retreat.
The price of our retreat is 870 euros and includes the following:
- Retreat with a daily programme, including Yoga, Shiatsu and Shamanic practice
- Accommodation at Terra Preveli, in the South of Crete. Shared accommodation (with 1-2 other participants). You will have your own bed, but will be sharing a room
- Delicious and healthy meals, cooked with local products and love – Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner prepared by our chef
- Extra snacks and tea/coffee, available at the accommodation
- Transfer by car/van from the accommodation to the beach and to local restaurants. Also transfer to Rethymno on the last day
- Yoga mats, and other props for our practices, provided during the retreat
What is NOT INCLUDED:
- Plane or boat tickets to and from Crete. We would like to remind you that the earlier you book your tickets, the better prices you will get.
- Taxi transfer from and to the airport. However, we can arrange for you a shared taxi with other participants, in good prices, depending on when/at which airport you will be arriving. Bear in mind that there are 2 airports in Crete – in Heraklion & in Chania. Our venue is 1h30 from either airport. Crete is in fact a big island with long distances between its different regions.
- One lunch and one dinner at local restaurants
- All expenses of the last day in Rethymno (lunch, buying souvenirs etc.)
- Personal sessions. You will have the opportunity to receive a personal session with one or more of the facilitators of the retreat. This service is optional and will be provided at an additional cost.
We will be happy to get to know you beforehand and answer any questions you may have. We are also the organizers of the retreat, so we can answer any questions related to the programme, menu, accommodation etc.
