You're welcome to join our experiential workshop, where you will learn embodiment and mindfulness practices that will allow you to come in contact with negative surfacing emotions, such as fear, anger, grief, shame, frustration, insecurity, distress or others, and reconcile with them.
E-motions are energy in motion within, which we can become aware of, and then proceed to alchemize. Transforming emotions that do not serve you, and instead burden you, into joy, light and inner creative motion can reconnect you with the flow of life and bring strength, vitality and optimism into your every day.
PROGRAMME & DETAILS
Saturday, 29th January 16.00-18.00
16.00-16.30: Welcome, Introduction and Grounding meditation.
16.30-17.00: Practice of Focusing on Body Sensations and Emerging Emotions. Emotional Awareness and Understanding of How/Where the Emotions are Trapped in the Body.
17.00-17.30: Allowing the Free Flow of the Emotional Energy through Movement & Breathing. Use of larger movements but also micromovements.
17.30-18.00: Landing our practice with Breathing and Meditation. Final thoughts & Q&A.
